Abstract Article on Modernization and Innovators in Education: ( رابطه بین انگیزش وپیشرفت تحصیلی )
The extraordinary speed of change in all spheres of human life, especially in the field of production, communication and exchange of information on the one hand and the approaching and joining of the destinies of countries on the other hand, has created a kind of social motivation that can be called innovation. And called innovation. This motivation and the accompanying dissatisfaction and dissatisfaction in many communities – especially in developing countries – have paved the way for reforms and sometimes political, social and cultural revolutions, including the modernization of the education system. The people of these communities are arguing about their status and how they are being educated. They are sometimes so fascinated by newness and innovation that they forget the measured traditions of their cultural heritage and the possibilities and conditions of modernization and innovation, and become confused in the old and the new. Therefore, in order for renovation and innovation to be useful and possible, the following questions must first be answered. 1- What is the purpose of modernization and innovation in education and what is the criterion for recognizing the new from the old? 2- Assuming that a new idea or plan is defined in the education system in general, what conditions should be provided to implement it? 3- How and where to start modernization in education? The respected author in this article has tried to answer the above questions. Quarterly Journal of Educational Innovations Thanks to the author of this article, Dr. Ali Mohammad Kardan, Distinguished Professor, University of Tehran, and recommends the study to those interested in innovation in education.
